Be inspired by the letters currently on display in the Legacy of Mary, Queen of Scots at the AK Bell Library, and The Last Letter of Mary, Queen of Scots at Perth Museum and learn how to create your own! Join us as we mix art and history!  Make your own old-fashioned looking paper with some simple ingredients and have a look at how they used to write letters in Mary, Queen of Scots lifetime!  We’ll also be having a go at writing and painting using some feather quills.

All materials provided; just bring your creativity.

This workshop is suitable for children aged 5 – 10 years, but all ages are welcome.
