Jump into the AK Bell Library and join us for a day of fun.

We will start the day with a Bookbug session at 10am, followed by a storytelling session at 11am led by St Johnstone Football Club’s staff. Callum from Saints in the Community will read football stories and answer football-related questions.

All day: Bring a friend to get a library membership, and you can both enter a fabulous prize draw! Thanks to St. Johnstone Football Club, they have donated four general admission match tickets for a home league match during season 2026/27 (exclusions may apply) as a raffle prize.

2pm – 3.30pm: Crafternoon for adults. Join us for a fun afternoon of paper and book-based crafting. Bring any fancy paper or books you’d like to upcycle to complement our supplies! (drop in, no need to book)

Throughout the day, library staff will be on hand to tell you all about the many library services that you can access, including our resources, regular sessions, and online activities like Ancestry. Learn about our fantastic e-resources: Libby, BorrowBox, and PressReader, and explore everything the Perthshire Seed Library has to offer. So come along and find out what your library has to offer, it’s way more than books!
