Christmas and New Year
All Culture Perth and Kinross Libraries will be closed from 3pm on Wednesday 24 December 2025. Regular library opening times will resume from Tuesday 6 January 2026.
During the holiday period, our online services will remain available 24/7. This includes access to eBooks, audiobooks, eNewspapers, eComics and eMagazines. You can find more information on these services by visiting our website here.

The mobile library is for people who might not be able to get to their local library. It travels over 50,000 miles a year, taking books and resources to the rural parts Perth and Kinross, not serviced by a community library building.
