Perth Art Gallery, one of the UK’s oldest collections, features works by influential modern Scottish artists, including Joan Eardley, Sir William MacTaggart, Calum Colvin, and Alison Watt. The gallery is the new home of the Fergusson Collection, which features works by JD Fergusson and Margaret Morris. The gallery offers family activities, a shop, a coffee bar, and toilets.

All staff are identifiable by their Culture Perth and Kinross lanyards. There is a Visitor Assistant Supervisor on site whenever we are open to the public, to ensure that you have a safe and enjoyable visit.
We will not tolerate abuse or violence towards any visitor, contractor, or member of staff.
Safety and Security
Keep an eye on your personal belongings throughout your visit. Unattended items may be taken to the Lost and Found for safekeeping.
If you lose something, please inform a Visitor Experience team member for assistance.

Did you know that you can enjoy delicious, Fairtrade, ethically sourced coffee in the foyer at Perth Art Gallery?
The Coffee Cart has various hot and cold drinks, including espresso, americano, latte, flat white, cappuccino, as well as speciality tea, available for visitors to purchase for sitting in and takeaway. The Coffee Cart also offers cold food options, including crisps, traybakes, and individually wrapped cakes.
Perth Art Gallery is closed on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Train
Walking from Perth Railway Station should take just under 20 minutes through the city centre.
Bus
The nearest bus stop to Perth Art Gallery is located on George Street. The following buses stop here – 3, 3A, 7, 7A, 11, 11A, 11S, 12, 57A.
Walking
Perth Art Gallery is located in Perth city centre and is within walking distance of many shops and amenities. It is also 5 minute walk from the North Inch.
Cycle
You can cycle to Perth Art Gallery, and there are bicycle stalls outside the Gallery for securing bicycles. More information here.

There is no parking at the venue however there is a variety of pay and display, multi-storey and on street parking nearby to suit your needs. More information can be found here.
Lost Property
We keep any lost property items for a maximum of 30 days. If an item has not been claimed within 30 days, we will dispose of it. We are happy to return items to their original owners; however, there will be a cost for postage and packaging.
Accessibility
For visitors with a disability, our facilities include steps with handrails, a ramp and a wheelchair lift into the building. Inside, most public areas are on one level with fully accessible toilets. There is also free use of a wheelchair during your visit if required. Please note there is a short flight of 5 steps to access and exit the Sculpture Court.
Assistance dogs are always welcome in Perth Art Gallery. Fresh water is available.
Noise cancelling headphones can be borrowed at the reception desk.
