Culture Perth and Kinross celebrates a century of service

Culture Perth & Kinross -

Four members of staff from Culture Perth and Kinross are celebrating after being recognised for their dedication and commitment in clocking up a century of service between them. Among those being recognised by the Cultural Trust is mobile library driver Ted Allison, who after thirty years’ service, is driving his 7th mobile library van having driven nearly 750,000 miles on the roads of Perth and Kinross, supporting communities from Rannoch Station to Crook of Devon.

Culture Perth and Kinross Chief Executive Helen Smout said

“It’s wonderful that we can celebrate our staff reaching these milestones in their careers. I would like to say a huge thank you to all the staff for their hard work and the dedication that they have provided to Culture Perth and Kinross and to Perth and Kinross Council before that.”

As an organisation, we are always looking to ensure we provide a great place for our staff to work and we are delighted to hold this presentation for those who have worked with us for such a long time. Their commitment is a testament to the group of people who work for Culture Perth and Kinross and to how the Trust operates as an employer.
