Culture Perth & Kinross -

We’re delighted to launch our Spring 2019 events for Culture Perth and Kinross.

In our museums, we’ve got our key exhibition “Only in Whispers – The Myths and Legends of Perthshire”, we’re also hosting Document Scotland‘s exhibition, “A Contested Land” from the 23rd April. We’ve also got a Myths and Magic day school for budding magicians and our ever popular Torchlight Tours where you can tour the museum basement and get up close with our collections! We’re also bringing back our exclusive Museum Lates, so come and join us for Only in Whispers – After Dark.

For our libraries, we’re delighted to be welcoming Christopher Brookmyre and Mark Billingham to the AK Bell Library on the 10th May. We’ve also got loads going on at your local libraries for the Easter holidays, and a talk with Col. Andy Middlemiss on the aftermath of the First World War.

From our archives, we’ll be celebrating Local History Month with a range of events, including talks and workshops. We’ll also be hosting some ancestry sessions too, so keep an eye out for that!
